Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document more clearly.

To use the 77jlli platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77jlli does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money wallet balance subject to the following conditions:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed from a 77jlli account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered 77jlli account. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account, regardless of the method used.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method. Standard minimum is ₱200. Processing times are typically within a few hours for GCash, Maya, and InstaPay; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

• Registering more than one account on 77jlli, regardless of the reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any communication with 77jlli support.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to circumvent anti-money laundering procedures.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the 77jlli platform without human input.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs for personal gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited territory where doing so is illegal under local law.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the 77jlli platform.

77jlli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.

In cases of account suspension, 77jlli will:

• Notify the account holder by registered email where possible, unless notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.
• Conduct a review of the account activity to determine whether the suspension is warranted.
• Return any legitimate real-money balance to the player's verified payment method once the review is completed and the funds are confirmed to be free from suspicion of money laundering or fraud — provided the player has completed identity verification.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 77jlli support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
